This session will explore the roles, expectations, and perceptions of various stakeholders within the engineering ecosystem, focusing on new graduates, work-integrated learning and knowledge gaps we observe when students enter Higher Education and the workplace. The collaborative discussion will highlight both gaps and success stories.
Special guests from ECSA, Resolution Circle, and Future Nations School will share their insights, and the
session will conclude with actionable and practical steps to strengthen partnerships and enhance the development of future-ready engineers, technologists and technicians.
